This site is owned and managed by Charles Crétaz, By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.

 

Intellectual property

All content published and made available on this site is the property of Charles Crétaz. This includes, but is not limited to images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of this site.

This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.

The goods linked to this document are the goods which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all goods even if they are no longer offered for sale.

All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible precision. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

 

Payments

We only accept the method of payment through the PayPal platform.

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to reverse your transaction.

 

Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and agree to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid in Canadian dollars.

Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary at any time.

Refund

It can happen for multiple reasons that an acquirer wants a refund. In this case, the work must be returned to me at the expense of the purchaser under the conditions of the initial shipment to guarantee safe new transport. This refund is possible only 7 days after the reception. Once the painting has been received and in the condition in which it was originally shipped, the refund will be made.

In order to prevent this situation from repeating itself, I accept the reimbursement of a maximum of 2 painting per the same purchaser.

Cards

​

If a problem should arise for the cards, do not hesitate to contact me by email, it will be my pleasure to explore the different avenues with you.

 

Guarantees

​

Once the product has been received by the buyer, the artist is no longer responsible for damage caused by the handling of the article, its installation, the place of storage and the temperature of storage. It is strongly recommended to avoid placing the artwork in the sun for a long time, at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius, or in humid environments such as bathrooms, indoor swimming pools or saunas. For paintings with pronounced textures, it is also not recommended to expose them in places of frequent passage, in order to avoid any type of damage.

Charles Crétaz is not liable for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.

 

Indemnity

As a user, you hereby release Charles Crétaz from all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set out in this document.

 

Applicable laws

This document is subject to applicable laws in Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations.

For residents of the European Union, the GDPR is the applicable law that governs this document. In the event of any inconsistency between a provision of this document and the GDPR, the rules of the GDPR will take precedence.​

Divisibility

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in this document is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be deemed void and will be removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by the laws and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.
